Project enquiries

When you send an enquiry, maker.design stores the contact details and project information you provide in its private workspace. James uses this to respond to your enquiry and manage any work together. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

How it’s stored

Project and contact information is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database in London, UK. Access to the studio workspace is restricted. Enquiry information is kept while it is useful for the conversation or an ongoing client relationship, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed.

Site analytics

The site records basic events such as page views and enquiry submissions, along with campaign referral parameters. It does not use advertising trackers or store a persistent analytics identifier. Temporary session storage preserves referral information during your visit. Essential cookies are used for private workspace authentication.

Booking a call

If you’re invited to book a call after sending an enquiry, the page loads an embedded Google Calendar schedule. Google processes the information you enter there to arrange and confirm the booking, and may use cookies according to its privacy policy. Your enquiry is saved even if you don’t book a time.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information through the contact form. If research features are enabled for the studio, public business information and relevant lead context may be processed by the configured research provider. Outreach remains subject to human review.
