A place for the work. And the people behind it.
AI has made it easier for designers and independent builders to turn an idea into a working product. Getting that product in front of people who care about the details is a different challenge.
Vibes.design brings those launches together. It gives visitors a place to find something useful, and makers a home for the product, its story and the next thing they ship. We shaped the brand, designed the experience and built the web platform.
Lead with the product.
Large previews make the work the first thing you see. Each card pairs the interface with a short description, its category and community activity, giving visitors enough context to decide what to open.
Editorial picks sit alongside the latest launches. Categories, search and sorting offer different ways into the collection, whether someone is browsing for inspiration or looking for a particular kind of tool.

From a first impression to the full picture.
Opening a launch brings its screenshots, description, maker and destination links into one place. The primary action takes you to the actual product, while the gallery gives you room to explore before leaving.
The captured journey follows Count from the launch collection to its detail page and then to James’s maker profile. Upvotes and discussion sit with each launch so a product can gather a response as well as a view.

Make the maker part of discovery.
A launch connects to a person. Maker profiles collect their products in one place and can bring in their public GitHub work, creating a route from one useful discovery to the person’s wider practice.
The visual system stays deliberately restrained: a monochrome identity, clear type and quiet controls. The colour and character come from the products and the people, rather than competing decoration.

From a link to a launch-ready draft.
Adding a product starts with its website, repository or app-store URL. Auto-fill brings in the name, copy, logo and screenshots, giving makers something concrete to review and refine.
The recorded walkthrough imports Count from its App Store listing, edits the short description, drags a screenshot into the cover position and adds SwiftUI to the technology stack. A live card preview shows the result before submission. This demonstration ends with a saved draft; it does not send a duplicate launch for review.

Built. Launched. Open to explore.
Vibes.design is a live web product. Visitors can browse launches, explore product pages and discover makers; the submission flow gives builders a route to sharing their own work.
The result is a working platform that connects a product’s first impression to its details, its creator and a way to try it. This case study documents the public experience as it exists today.
